Basic Equipment & Options

The models P12 and P15 (previous models P240/P300 sold more than 3.500 times) and P18 are available electrically or steam heated.
,A closed system, integrated solvent safety trough, three solvent tanks, a sensor controlled drying time controller, eco filter, dosing unit, as well as recovery via a refrigeration unit with heat recovery, are certainly part of the standard version. Cycle times have been reduced by up to 20% - among other things - by use of the new "Power Drying System" (SuperDry PDS+), making the P12 ,P15, and P18 extraordinarily economical machines. Since November 2006 the machines are equipped with the new SuperDry PDS+ as a standard. This provides for reproducible good drying results.

Further, following options are available:

Control

The machine control ConfoTronic PL, which has got a liquid crystal display and thus allows for several languages, was improved even further. Thereby, existing advantages were completely maintained, like e.g. the clear, comprehensible selection of programs, the clear program flow, the reliable operator guidance and the clearly structured keyboard. Thus, it is especially easy for personnel to operate the machines fast and reliably.

Numerous proven cleaning and maintenance programs are available for the drycleaner. These allow for almost any process. They reach from filling and draining the machine via the filter maintenance to rinsing of the spraying unit.

By far more than 100 single functions are monitored by reliable sensors and guarantee a reliable function diagnosis. A new thing in this field is the filter control depending on the number of cycles and the possibility to investigate, whether maintenance work is performed regularly.

With the P12/P15/P18 we have launched compact machines in a slim line resp. cross line design. Their special feature is their high capacity with extremely short cycle times (less than 30 minutes possible).

The new air flow system with optimized drying makes these machines especially interesting for shops offering an extremely short delivery time. The machines are extremely quiet and thus the ideal solution for the front area of your shop. This is also confirmed by the elegant design.
Intelligent automatically performed maintenance programs (among others, also for the water separator) provide for a high degree of operator convenience and comfort.

Today's high-tech products may not be rated solely by technical or economical aspects. In a sensitized environment, environmental friendliness and economical use of resources are of utmost importance.

With the development of the solvent safety trough as well as the various adsorption units like e.g. SLIMSORBA, CONSORBA, POLYSORBA and ACTIVA BÖWE has set clear signs.

All machines can be equipped to fulfill the strict requirements of the German regulation 2nd BImSchV.

MultiSolvent Machines

Basic Equipment & Options
With the 6th Generation machines we no longer differentiate between hydrocarbon and other alternative solvents. We are already ahead of others' developments, since the new 21 - 30 kg MultiSolvent® machines are suitable for all class A III chlorine-free solvents with a flash point greater than 55°C and that are lighter than water (e.g. hydrocarbon or cyclosiloxanes like e.g. GreenEarth®). By simply changing software settings all functions and processes are adjusted to the solvent chosen. Since November 2006 the machines are equipped with the new SuperDry PDS+ as a standard. This provides for reproducible good drying results.

Safety Technique
The BÖWE MultiSolvent® technology includes sophisticated safety systems.
We guarantee high operating safety by:

- Automatic safety system with self-control
- The multistage control of drying by means of a microprocessor control
- Safety temperature limiter depending on control
- The sensor controlled solvent cooling

In order to guarantee safety even with potentially flammable hydrocarbon solvents, multiple independent safety arrangements are designed into all BÖWE MultiSolvent® machines. These safety devices guarantee 100 % safety, even if several unfavorable events should coincide.

Control
The new BÖWE ConfoTronic PL computer control with its clear display and operating panel is easy-to-operate, even after minimal training. Updates for further ease of operation: The operating elements have been placed at a more ergonomically convenient height, so that even smaller people can easily work with it. If desired, the remaining cycle time can be shown especially large on the display by the touch of a button.
