Some examples of our recent projects.
In 2008 with the founding of the ShirtWash Company in Bremen a new dimension for dry cleaning and laundry was created.
From the idea of a logistically perfect dry cleaning laundry with a high quality standard, came the first rough sketch. The individual points were taken into accurate CAD drawings, and later served in the installation work of the media and machines as the master plan for the central operation.
The service concept, consisting of excellent service and the consideration of individual customer needs, had to be integrated into the new concept.
With this new concept the outlets were given a “face lift”.
Furthermore the customers are able to use the internet to register there laundry order online. Every online registered customer can define the time and place of when they want there laundry to be collected and delivered. The customer is no longer put under time pressure of the opening times of the Shop. Payment is directly debited from the customers’ bank account after the order has been carried out.

All these factors pose new challenges to the work process, logistics and laundry assignment.
Exact timing allows that express consignments will be delivered on time, regardless of whether it is a single shirt or the staff laundry of a big hotel in Bremen. In the Shops as well as in the central laundry, a laundry storage conveyor software system and the POS system LAUX are installed by the manufacturer Zucchetti. Dry clean resistant bar code labels are placed on the laundry which can be read at headquarters and in the Outlets.
It quickly becomes clear that the objective can only be achieved by using high quality machines and the best accessories. Cleaning machines from BÖWE, finishing machines from SANKOSHA, washing machines and tumble dryers from Unimac ensures quality.
